20% Reservation deposit is required to confirm reservation

Any cancellation is subject to 5% cancellation fee that covers charges associated with money processing

The reservation becomes final and not refundable 60 days prior to the Check-In date. If property happens to be re-booked than refund will be given on a prorated basis.

Damage deposit is due 7 days prior to departure. The final instructions are provided by the homeowner on damage deposit payment.

Late CheckOut and early CheckIn have to be discussed and paid for in advance

The door is equipped with secure code system

The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation

Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (owner will return any missing items found) Owner will provide local and long distance phone service. Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read this rules, understand it, agree to it, and taken a copy if needed. Renter must be over 18 years of age.
